Flip FC Corp., operating as Flip FC (“Flip FC”, “we”, “us”), runs flipfc.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Information we collect
- When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and the items you buy.
- Payment details: payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you contact us: your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
- If you have an account: your login details and order history.
- Automatically: like most websites, our servers record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. Our store also notes how you found us (for example, a link from Instagram) when you place an order.
How we use it
- To process, pack and ship your order, and to send you order confirmations and tracking details.
- To answer your questions and resolve problems with an order.
- To prevent fraud and keep our website secure.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Our eBay store
Purchases made on our eBay store are handled by eBay and are covered by eBay’s own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes (generally six years under Canadian tax rules). Other information is deleted or anonymized when we no longer need it.
How we protect it
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to customer information is limited to what is needed to run the business. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it (unless we must keep it by law, for example for tax records). Email info@flipfc.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Children
Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
